*holidays: "holidays" means all national holidays (excluding the day of August 15/08), Christmas, New Year and Easter, April 25th, May 1st and June 2nd. The tariffs inserted in the "L" band of the tariffs table may be subject to variations.

Rates include: Water, electricity, air conditioning, daily cleaning, continental breakfast, parking (in the garage subject to availability and not bookable).

Check-in: from 17:00 to 22:00.
Check-out: no later than 10:00 am.

Animals: small and medium-sized pets (well behaved) are accepted at the management's discretion.

Possibility of payment with all major credit cards.

Booking method:
To make a reservation, a deposit of 30% must be paid for periods longer than two nights by bank transfer. The coordinates will be indicated at the time of booking by sending an email from the property.
Failure to pay the deposit will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
Afterwards, after the payment, a copy of the deposit must be sent to info@viaprimaldo.com indicating the acceptance of the booking and stay conditions.
It is appreciated the communication of the expected arrival time in the structure.
In case of no-show, without notice on the day of Check In, the reservation is to be considered canceled, with the deduction of the relative deposit.
In case of early departure compared to the booked days, the agreed payment is required.
In case of no-show, the deposit will be retained outright.

Local tourist tax: payment of the tourist tax is required. The payment is per person equal to € 1.00 (over 12 years old) for the first 7 nights of stay to be paid on arrival at the structure and € 1.50 for the first 7 nights in the months of July and August (over 12 years old). Will be delivered non-fiscal receipt. The tourist tax is valid from 01 April to 30 September. Please note that the tax may be subject to changes by the municipal administration.
